Hourly Fees:

My standard fee is $40.00 an hour for indoor organizing projects that do not require heavy lifting or present any kind of environmental concern.  This fee typically applies to short-term or one-time projects.

Fees for projects that are likely to span over several days, weeks, or even months will be variable, and dependent upon the client’s needs, but for these kinds of projects, hourly fees are not always the most practical.

If you feel that you might need services for an extended period of time, do not hesitate to contact me, and we can set up a consultation where we can discuss your needs, and work out payment accordingly.

Every project is unique and may require pricing flexibility given the situation or environment in which we will be working, however, the consultation process will allow me to inform you regarding any variation in hourly fees BEFORE the start of the project.

* Projects that are to take place in an environment that could potentially pose health concerns (like damp and moldy basements, or other areas where household pests may gather) can cost more per hour, depending on the severity of the circumstances.

Consultations:
I like to provide an initial consultation for EVERY customer, before the start of any new project*. That means even returning customers can receive a consultation prior to the beginning of any new project.

The consultation process allows me, as the organizer, to take a look at the location or area in which the project will take place, and to plan an appropriate “plan of attack” for your specific project. Visually seeing the space allows me the brainstorm ideas and to provide you with better organizing solutions as move through the process. Every location is different! This process also presents me with the opportunity to get an overview of exactly what you want to organize, how you want it done, the budget you’re working with, and your general expectations regarding the whole process. 

The consultation process will allow you, as the client, to meet me in person and decide if you feel that I am the right fit for your organizing project.  During the consultation I will also provide you with a cost estimation, as well as a summary sheet that informs and outlines the general processes and procedures that I typically use for any given project.

*Due to increasing fuel costs and time constraints, all consultations will now be $20.  Locations that are a significant distance outside of the Norman/Moore/OKC area will be charged a $35 fee for the consultation.  Thank you for your understanding!

Organizing Packages:

You can save money by purchasing your organizing hours in a prepaid* package.  I offer the following packages:

“Neat and Tidy” Package - $225 for 6 hours of organizing time (a savings of $15)!

“Everything in its Place” Package – $300 for 8 hours of organizing time (a savings of $20)!

“Squeaky Clean” Package – $350 for 10 hours of organizing time (a savings of $50)!

“Immaculate” Package – $500 for 15 hours of organizing time (a savings of $100)!

“Pristine” Package – $650 for 20 hours of organizing time (a savings of $150)!

+ I am unable to give refunds on time packages/the unused portions of time packages, so please be aware of this prior to purchasing your package.  If you are ever unhappy with the service you have received, please contact me ASAP and I will do what I can to try and resolve the issue.  Time packages are good for 1 calendar year or 365 days from the date on which the package was purchased, after which they will expire and will no longer be usable.  Please use your time within the 1 year period to make sure you get the most out of your package!
